Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OddsLab platform, including the website at oddslab.tech, the web application at app.oddslab.tech, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

OddsLab is a sports betting analytics platform that provides data-driven tools including pre-match pick analysis, odds comparison across regional bookmakers, bankroll tracking, and performance analytics. The Service is an informational and analytical tool only.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and you comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, and national laws.
• You will use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless you have a separate written agreement with OddsLab.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or republish any data, picks, or analytics provided by the Service.
• You will provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

OddsLab offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Elite) with a 14-day free trial on all plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection at the time of purchase.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
• Price changes: We may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. OddsLab does not store your full credit card or bank account details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, data, analytics, design, code, and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to OddsLab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as notes on bets). By submitting content, you grant OddsLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OddsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OddsLab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
